While reading through this challenging text, where I found myself jotting down thoughts/connections/things that inspired me, once again my mind began to wander: I imagined a human body being traversed and simultaneously traversing, and both, after the act, changing their form slightly, as both the text from the previous lecture (and thus the prototype) and the one from Ione's class discussed about contaminating and being contaminated, influencing and being influenced, about the brain's plasticity, about this bidirectional movement.

The next step was to think about what to use to render and materialize the idea, and digging into my memory, I remembered that, not even going too far, I had an experience at the Farol Santander, where I took a photo of my distorted body reflected in a distorted mirror, which gave a sense of fusion with the surrounding atmosphere (building/dwelling), precisely because humans and space cannot be separated, human beings occupy space through their embodiment and mental activity: ‘I am not an encapsulated body, I pervade.

The only difference is that my idea was that people could interact with it, modify this kind of mirror with their own hands, play with it, precisely to achieve the concept of being as presence, of worlding, of the active process of shaping the world through our interactions/interpretations with it, and of becoming aware of the connection between object and intention, of the thinging of the thing. This second prototype also relates to other themes from the first one, such as the indefinite and mutable, flexible, subjective, unforeseen, incomplete form.

So, I searched the web to see if this type of material existed or not (QSF - Miroflex - Materiali specchianti | PERONI for the material and https://youtu.be/2NEDG9X6u-I to give the idea of the prototype). Now everything was starting to make sense, I also saw the continuum between this prototype and the first one.

Following the exhibition's concept, the room is the 'covert throng' of a surrounding, where the mass of hair, which remains suspended in the center, and these flexible panels, which reflect distorted forms, are connected. The actors are invited to modify everything that inhabits the room (both the hair and the mirrors), ensuring that this space never repeats itself, that it is always different, in a process without beginning or end, because design is ever-present and animated (this is the rough render to give the idea of the exhibition https://youtu.be/aqmbHZW7GeM).

Anyway, after the presentation I understood that this idea it's more a project rather than an experimentation/prototype.
